There\'s no secret that tons of people usually go in for an interview, so they ask a pretty appropriate question: Why should they take you?  It\'s very simple to answer, and I think that the more self-confident you can come across is the better.  Don\'t go overboard and become arrogant, though.
A Sample Answer: 'Great question - I\'ve often thought about some of the other people that come in here for this job, and you know, I really do believe that I have all the right tools to do this job better than anybody.  My training I\'ve received and the education that I have under my belt have really prepared me for this job.  I know that I will be a huge asset to your team if you allow me to join you, and I know there is a lot of room to grow together.  I can\'t answer for any of your other candidates, but I\'m positive that I can do the job with flying colors - I just hope you can give me the chance to show you!'
Something similar to the above is what you want to go for.  The key here is adding your OWN personailty to what you say, because everybody has their own 'charm.'  While you\'re saying how confidently you KNOW you can do the job, you should have your own charm in there that displays you are a human being, too.  This is definitely one of the most common sample interview questions and answers.


Warning: Remember, a LOT of these questions are 'behavior' questions.  They are not so much looking at what you say as what you GIVE THEM through your responses.  They\'re looking for VERY specific answers, and I think that the MORE you can give them what they want is the more I believe you\'ll get the job.

Do not begin babbling  and never give a short response. Do some research about the company and then response this concern by some information and details. Try to find out the position of the company, the turnover  of the company, why this company is best among the competitors,  etc. Such details will help you to response in the best possible manner.
