A) While preparing for the answer consider including following points
1. You! Tell them your name and which position you are from. Do not begin with “Myself karthik anand”, begin with “I am karthik anand”. This is a very typical error. Not appropriate in interview especially in contact centre tasks.
You may discuss about your family (cover up in short), you may discuss your how you came to the town, etc.
2. Education- Tell them about your education i.e. graduation/post-graduation.
If you are a fresher then tell them the levels you got. If you have done something different than others then tell them. It absolutely contributes a value!
3. Experience- Discuss about your whole experience. Begin with beginning decades and progressively come to modern times. If you have a lengthy experience then you must not be doing same factor all decades. Then exactly what you were doing? This is what your interview panel member wants to pay attention.
If you are a refreshing then discuss your tasks.
4. Experience regarding to the publish you have used for- This is of most attention to your interview panel member. You may be having lot of experience but how much experience you have regarding present job publish is very  essential. If you do not have it then you can discuss some relevant experience. Or if you do not have relevant experiences too then say it clearly. Buy along with it provide them with assurance that you can do it and you have legitimate attention to do it.
Fresh candidates who do not have any type of experience, you should display some optimistic mind-set and display desire to understand and do new things. Be prepared to do new things. Do not fear that you will get some things wrong. Fresher prospects are required to do blunders and your businesses are well conscious of it so you never have any purpose to be frightened. Believe me no one provides you with more perform than you can manage.
5. Do not explain your wage or pay scale at this point of time.
6. Avoid providing needless information. Value your interviewer’s time.
7. The idle answer response should not last more than 1 minute.
